The One Room Refresh
G.S. Studios knows what it’s like to be inundated with decisions and options – we get it; you love it, gotta have it, everything is beautiful, everything is calling your name! But where do you start? How do you narrow down your options? Take a sip of water and catch your breath – we’re here to help. We’ll take it room by room with our One Room Refresh model – a completely custom design experience for a set package price.
How it Works
Pick your package below, select the mood board that makes your heart flutter, tell us a little about your current space, then we’ll be in touch! We’ll come for an initial consultation either masked-up in person or behind the screen, virtually. Everything you’ll need is included in the package you choose, so there will be no hidden fees or unprecedented charges, we’ll even pass along our designer discounts to you!
PACKAGES
Each project is customized to your personal style, needs, and is specific to your space.
Pick our Brains – $150
This package is for you if you feel like you have a decent grasp on what your space needs but want a little reassurance. Just think of us as your design savvy sidekicks.
What’s included: A full hour consultation with one (or both!) of us to ask us anything you like! We’ll come to your place or meet you virtually. From paint colour suggestions and furniture placement to accessory advice, you can pull as much design wisdom from us as humanly possible in one hour. If you find you need a few more pointers following the visit, additional sourcing suggestions can be provided for an additional hourly charge*
Better Take a Shelfie – $475
This package is for you if you love your space but it just needs fine tuning – think styling 101. We’ll help fill those awkward spaces, fluff your new toss cushions and style that shelf. You’ll want to take a shelfie of by the time we’re done with it.
What’s included: An initial consultation, one shopping trip for accessories/accent pieces, and a follow-up site visit to help finish the space. We’ll come by to see what we’re working with, load up our carts then come back to finish your room! We will work with your existing furniture in this package and any accessories you would like to use, and will help you find new ones to give your space the refresh it needs! A mood board or additional sourcing suggestions can be provided following the visit for an additional hourly charge
Dressed to Impress – $825
Do you have a blank space where the bones are good bu you need to furnish and decorate it from head-to-toe? This is the package for you! We’ll bring your space up to Pinterest status so you have a room that you are proud to show off!
What’s included: We will meet you in your space in person (or virtually) for an initial consultation. Then, we will take the room dimensions and get a good grasp on your style preference. We will compile a mood board and send you a space plan for the furniture. We will then send you over a full list of suggested furniture and accessories (with the links). We will use our connections to purchase all the items on your behalf and will even pass along all our designer discounts! All you have to do is be home for the deliveries!
Absolutely Gutted – $825
This package is for you go-getters who are wanting to take things down to the bones and give your space a true facelift. From paint, to cabinets, to flooring, to lighting, and beyond, we put the whole look together for you!
What’s included: An initial consultation in your space to get a feel for the size and complexity of your project. We will then send you a mood board to establish your desired look. Meetings with flooring, tile, cabinet and countertop, lighting, plumbing suppliers etc. are all included. We cover everything right down to the hardware selections!

Full Meal Deal – $1,750
Looking for a package that allows you to have your room completely transformed?! You won’t even recognize your space once we are done with it. This process combines two of our packages to give you the ultimate homeowners dream. – the ‘dressed to impress’, and ‘absolutely gutted’ packages are joined so we can change everything from flooring, cabinets, and lighting .. to furniture, accessories, and artwork. This package is literally the full meal deal with a cherry on top!
What’s included: An initial consultation in your space to chat through all your hopes and dreams. We will then send you a mood board to establish your desired look. We begin with the ‘hard surfaces’ such as cabinets, tile, lighting, etc. then move on to all the ‘fluffy’ things that finish off your space and make it pretty.
Meetings with flooring, tile, cabinet and countertop, lighting, plumbing suppliers etc. are all included.
We will then send you over a full list of suggested furniture and accessories (with the links). We will use our connections to purchase all the items on your behalf and will even pass along all our designer discounts!
We will come by once all the furniture is delivered to finish off the setup – hang artwork, place accessories, throw your throws, and karate chop your pillows.

The Overhaul -priced on a per-project basis
If you’re looking to renovate your whole home (or a good chunk of it) this is the package for you! Kitchen, living room, powder room, ensuite, laundry room, we could go on and on… and on, but just consider them ‘dream home status’ by the time we’re through.
What’s included: An initial consultation and walk through of your whole home. We’ll find out what style you’re after, make suggestions on what stays and what goes, and will ultimately turn this house into your dream home. We will send you a mood board to establish your desired look and bust out the sledge hammers (don’t worry – we’ll leave it up to the pros).We will then send over a detailed list of all recommended specifications to your contractor. Every detail from paint colour to countertops, flooring, and more will be laid out in a fool-proof document so every component is covered. We will be by your side every step of the way during your home reno, and will be available around the clock to help if any unforeseen situations arise. We’ll be your troubleshooting gurus and go-to-gals until you’re fully in love with your new home. At the end of the process, you will have the option to add on one of our furnishing packages so that your home is dressed from head to toe.
