Hometown: Edmonton, AB
With just under two decades of experience in the industry, Elysia brings a deep understanding of textiles, color theory, and spatial planning to every project. Elysia’s journey into design began at an early age, inspired by her mother, an interior decorator, and further fueled by her passion for all things pretty.
Elysia graduated from the University of Alberta with a degree in textiles and earned a residential interiors certificate from the same institution, providing her with a strong foundation in both the artistic and technical aspects of design. Over the years, she has honed her skills working on a range of projects, from cozy family homes to chic, modern commercial spaces. Known for her attention to detail and ability to blend traditional and contemporary elements, Elysia’s designs are a reflection of her clients’ personalities and lifestyles.
As a mother of two, Elysia deeply understands the importance of creating beautiful, functional spaces that are also practical for families. She stays on top of the latest design trends by traveling with her family and friends, drawing inspiration from diverse cultures and architectural styles around the world. Whether she’s working on a small renovation or a full build from the ground up, Elysia’s approach is always client-focused, ensuring that each space she creates is unique and personal.
When she’s not designing, you’ll find Elysia crafting, discovering new wines, attending a workout class, or spending time with her family.
